Can I build Muscles Without Supplement

so .. this is what most peoples asks to many other peoples but they often get the answer too but they take it in wrong way. I simply want to tell that when peoples starts going to gym and he want to gain muscles then there is a thought that comes into his mind is that “whether supplement is essential or not” and normally he ask to his trainer and if trainer have the right knowledge then he tells whether it is essential for him or not according to his requirement and do you know either the answer is yes or no confusion will create but how..let’s see.

Trainer Told that you should take the supplement because you diet doesn’t have good amount of protein that’s why you should take protein supplement then this person goto home and tells his friends that his friends told him to take protein supplement then there is the point where confusion created and these friends tells this to their friends and that’s how it keep going on…

So i will now share you my story and make sure to read all to get the answer..

MY STORY : FROM LAST HALF YEAR TO LAST SOME MONTHS AGO….

about half year ago i started going gym without any supplement due to insufficient money and all time no for supplement due to lack of knowledge and then i worked hard for a month and i didn’t got any result due to poor diet and then i purchased weight gainer supplement and then goto gym thinking i will make good body by using this supplement and then i worked hard and took the supplement and the result was good. i was gaining good muscles and after some days i started skipping my meals but keep taking the supplement and also when i eat food i think i can eat small amount of food and i have the supplement to build body and this is the point which changed everything means from that point i continued taking supplement for 1 month and you didn’t believe i didn’t gained anything even i wasn’t able to maintain my normal weight even while taking the supplements regularly so where is the problem is supplement not working and if it is not working then how it worked previously so there was a huge confusion and then i stopped gym as i was not getting any result. and after a couple of months i started gym but this time i have watched so many youtube video regarding supplement and also read so many articles and then i got a conclusion is that supplement isn’t compulsary for body grown atleast for getting normal healthy body not a huge one and i knew that if i take it even as not compulsary in my mind then i will not going to improve my body because this will let a thought in my mind that it isn’t compulsary but required to get big and then i worked very hard to let me understand that supplement doesn’t make body but food does. and when i sucessfully done this i started the gym and you don’t believe i started gaining weight very fastely means i have gained 5-6KG of weights in 1-1.5 months only without any supplement of any extra money spending. i just eat very simple food that we normally eat at our home and at that time my diet plan was very simple but full of calories i consumed more than 3000 cal a day and acc. to my height and weight i just required 1800 cals to let my weight on it’s position so it means i was consuming more than 1200+ extra cals a day. so then i made good results and that’s what you need to understand is..

Supplement simple means if you can’t get something from food or due to lack of time then supplement does this for you…you are a vegetarian and you require protein for muscle growth then just take protein supplement..if you don’t like milk and want to get calcium regularly just take supplement of it…

So do you know what will a real man do...A REAL MAN WILL ALWAYS OPEN TO TAKE CHALLANGES THAT COMES TO HIS LIFE AND FINDS THE WAY OF IT’S OWN TO GET THROUGH IT…
