Should i Skip Leg Days

So….this is what most of the peoples ask to their trainers and they get mostly answer in favor of them which is “Yes you can” but i don’t know why peoples skip the leg day…I think the pain is the factor or the intensity of the workout could also be a factor but do you know the real reason behind it…So Do you know peoples only want to grow their firstly visible muscle groups like they will go to gym for one motive “i have to make my biceps 16 inches” and this makes the problem…and we all know that making your body asthetic or in good shape isn’t an easy task because if it is an easy thing then you were seeing every other person a bodybuilder or fit but the sad reality is that it is not true..

So if you ask me only one question that why people skip leg days then i will tell you that because leg don’t make them show off that much that a big bicep can and training leg is very hard and pain preparation…So this will be my answer but now you are here as a man who proud to be existed as a man so what is the importance of legs in mens life…

Tell me one things if you have a great shaped body and your legs are “chicken legs” what happens…tell me when you go for buy a pair of tshirt and jeans and you ask for bigger size of tshirt as you are big enough but you ask for skinny jeans then what is that match…tell me ….if your upper body looks like great…and your legs like you should train what will it do to the whole men’s respect….These small kind of mistakes makes the mens respect go down and we all are unaware of that….So skipping leg days will give you little bit of extra time but what about your overall repect…it’s like you have car,home,food but you don’t have respect…

So let’s talk about the leg’s importance…so i will give you some real world examples ok…so tell me when you build up your home from starting what you tell to the home maker…do you tell hey just make the walls thinner and i want my roof very strong..so you are now thinking if the walls are weaker then how could the roof be stronger so that’s how your body is ,,if your legs are weaker then how could your upper body will be that much strong and if it strong then how could your legs hold them….you have to think about your legs you are giving them pressure some extra pressure…they want to be strong too…

your body is your first priority and for a real man there is nothing like discrimination so why on yourself you do it first….if you do any discrimination on yourself then you are making men’s respect go down..

A REAL MAN WILL NEVER DISCRIMINATE ANYTHING…HE WILL LIKE SOMETHING MORE BUT HE WILL SURELY WORK ON EACH AND EVERYTHING THAT IS HIS…OR COMES UNDER HIS PRIORITY LIST…
