Top 5 Excercises To Grow Your Triceps

Having good bicep is dream of peoples but if you forget hitting your triceps then your dream will never comes true.. It’s true, if you don’t have good triceps then your bicep will not look that much good because tricep is about 2/3 of your arm and that’s why if your triceps are smaller then your arm will not gain that much muscle that it can so make sure to work on your triceps..so let’s see some excercises that can help to grow your triceps…

As the name tells the exercise is about the same except you don’t have to crush your skull ok so what you have to do is.. Just simple lie down on the flat bench and take help of someone or take the weights on your own and then raise up the bar and try to crush your head but you have to stop taking bar down when the bar comes near to your head and just repeat this do this excercise…

DO 3 sets Of 6-12 reps

So this excercise is very simple as its name tell us bench press. so to do this exercise you have to just lay down on flat bech and take the bar but closed grip so that you can isolate more your triceps and now do the bench press and try to feel it the more you feel it in your triceps the more your triceps will grow…

Do 3 Sets of 6-12 reps

  • SEATED OVERHEAD DUMBBELL EXTENSION

 

This excercise is very common and this will burn your tricep if you do it correctly so to do this excercise you have to take dumbell in your hand and take it just above your head with your both hands and now you have to take dumbell up by straightening your hands and not moving so much your elbows so that you can isolate more your triceps…

Do 3 Sets of 6-10 reps

  • Dumbell Kick Back

This is very easy exercise and i m sure you will enjoy doing it in gym so to do this exercise you have to take dumbell in your hand and just bend your spin at about 45 degree to your legs and and raise your elbows making it parallel to your spine and then take dumbell in the direction opposite to your bending direction…Don’t worry it’s very hard me to tell you exactly what i want to say by just writing so don’t worry you can google it or watch it on youtube also for better understanding…

Do 3 Sets of 10-12 reps

  • CABLE PUSH-DOWN

This is the most common excercise and also very popular for triceps and you can do this excercise for warming up and make sure to feel each rep.. to do this exercise you have to take the cable bar and bend little bit towards the bar and then take bar down by not moving your elbows so much means you have to try to lock your elbows on their starting positions for isolation…ok

Do 3 Sets of 8-12 reps

So that’s all what i wanted to share with you guys and i hope you all will try it and also get some gains and if you are already read articles like that on many websites and watched videos on youtube and nothing working then you can try the tip below and it should work as it worked for me ok…

TIP : If your triceps are not growing even you are working on them very hard then the solution for this situation is simple that worked for me and i hope it will work on you also…So what you have to do is just do 5 sets of 10-20 reps of cable push down and don’t do heavy weight sets ok you have to use very light weights that you can handle easily. The logic behind this is You have to take more and more blood to your triceps to grow it faster ok take a try to it…
